Subscriptions
1. Platform Subscription — No Refund
All subscription purchases on AIVR are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription plan is activated, access to the platform is granted immediately and no refund, partial credit, or proration will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, infrequent use, dissatisfaction with exam results, or purchase in error.
By completing a subscription payment, you expressly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made regardless of usage duration or outcome.
Mock Test
2. Mock Test Bookings — Conditional Refund
AIVR offers live 1-on-1 mock RTR tests conducted by a qualified evaluator. The following terms govern mock test bookings:
2.1
Rescheduling window. AIVR reserves the right to reschedule a confirmed mock test booking within 3 calendar days of the original booking date for internal, technical, or operational reasons. The student will be notified via the registered contact details.
2.2
Refund on non-conduct. If AIVR is unable to conduct the mock test within the rescheduling window and no suitable slot is mutually agreed upon, a full refund of the mock test fee will be processed to the original payment instrument within 5 working days of the confirmed non-conduct.
2.3
Student no-show. No refund will be issued if the student fails to attend at the confirmed slot. A rescheduling fee may apply for rebooking.
2.4
Late cancellation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the confirmed test slot are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a one-time reschedule at AIVR's discretion.
2.5
Technical failure on student's end. Refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by the student's device, internet connection, or environment. AIVR bears no liability for student-side technical failures.
Refunds for mock tests are only issued when AIVR is unable to deliver the service. Student-initiated cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Communications & Data
3. Marketing Communications & Data Use
By registering an account, completing a purchase, or submitting any form on www.aivr.in, you expressly consent to the following:
3.1
Promotional use of contact details. The email address and phone number provided at registration or during any transaction may be used by AIVR to send promotional materials, product updates, exam alerts, offers, and platform announcements via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
3.2
Implicit consent on sign-up. Creating an account on AIVR — with or without a paid purchase — constitutes explicit consent to receive such communications. No separate opt-in is required.
3.3
Unsubscribe. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by emailing admin@aivr.com. Transactional communications (receipts, booking confirmations, exam results) are non-optional and will continue regardless of marketing opt-out.
3.4
Data retention. AIVR retains contact information for the duration of the account and for a reasonable period thereafter for compliance and business purposes. Contact data will not be sold to third parties.
General
4. General Terms
4.1
Policy changes. AIVR reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
4.2
Pricing changes. AIVR reserves the right to revise subscription and mock test pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect subscriptions already active at the time of the change.
4.3
Service availability. AIVR makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary downtime. No refund or credit will be issued for downtime that does not exceed 72 consecutive hours.
4.4
Abuse and misuse. AIVR reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be abusing the platform, sharing access credentials, or circumventing access controls, with no refund of any fees paid.
4.5
Dispute resolution. Any disputes arising from purchases on AIVR shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This policy is governed by the laws of India.
4.6
No liability for third-party outcomes. AIVR provides examination preparation content only. AIVR bears no liability for a student's performance in, or outcome of, any DGCA examination.

5. Refund Requests & Queries
For mock test refund requests or policy queries, contact us at admin@aivr.com with your registered email address, booking ID, and a brief description. Refund requests submitted without a valid booking reference will not be processed.
Response time: 2–3 working days for refund queries. Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.
